Terms, Conditions & Rules for visiting Hobbit Town

Welcome to Hobbit Town Kiddies Playground! We are excited to provide a fun and safe environment for children to play and enjoy the outdoors. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

1. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
2. No running or rough play is allowed on hard surface like concrete or tar surface.
3. You may bring food and drinks, but please drink in moderatioon as it's a children's party venue. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the pool area.
4. Please smoke where children are not present, and remember that alcohol consumption is only allowed in limited quantities and only in designated areas.
5. Glass containers are not allowed in the playground or pool area.
6. The use of the lapas and braai area is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
7. All trash must be disposed of properly in designated trash receptacles.
8. No pets are allowed in the playground or pool area.
9. Please take care of our property and the toys provided. It is important that they are not taken home and are kept in their designated areas. We kindly request that you inform your children and guests to respect this rule. Your cooperation in maintaining the condition of our property and toys is greatly appreciated.
10. Any damage to the playground equipment or facilities will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
11. This is private property. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED. "The management of Hobbit Town reserves the right of admission to the kiddies' playground and reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or institution without the need to disclose a reason. Additionally, the management is entitled to order the expulsion of any person who fails to comply with rules, creates noise, disturbs the peace, causes a nuisance, or engages in any behaviour that undermines the atmosphere or infringes on it. We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all children to play and have fun.
12. The equipment is specifically designed for young children and not intended for older ones. It is important to ensure that children use age-appropriate equipment to ensure their safety and to ensure that the equipment is used as it was designed. Older children playing on equipment intended for young children is not only a safety concern, but also goes against the intended purpose of the equipment.
13. Unfortunately, no music is allowed.
